Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. Our team will review the issue and work with you to find a solution.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Velouré is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
